Can you make any significant amount of money creating YouTube videos? Has anyone made any money off of their YouTube videos?

Of course. All of the people with hundreds of thousands of subscribers make money. There are estimates online for some of the top stars, but I doubt they are close to the actual amounts the people make. I am fairly sure you do not make enough to live by until you have about 500,000+. I would guess the top stars can make upwards of $250,000 a year.
