anthdci
I upgraded my surface RT from 8.0 to 8.1 preview when it came out. Now I cannot upgrade to the full release. When I go to the windows store it cannot connect, I presume it is something to do with the preview not being supported anymore. Has anyone got any ideas what i can do to get round this? I know microsoft said for none US not to use the preview but I was impatient.
Eric Veteran Posted November 19, 2013 Veteran Share Posted November 19, 2013 Instructions on how to do this are here: http://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/getting-started/windows-8-preview-on-surface There is a Store link that will take you directly to the upgrade page, too. ms-windows-store:WindowsUpgrade (just enter it into the IE address bar)
