Why are Angry Birds so angry? Its been a few years since Angry Bird's stardom, why are they angry still? Haven't the piggies been punished enough?

I thought it was clear. The birds are angry because the pigs stole their eggs. The birds will continue to be angry as long as the pigs don't return the stolen eggs. Now why did the pigs steal the eggs? Only god knows.

 

As a chicken you should understand that one must not steal someone else's eggs.

I agree that stealing eggs is unacceptable, launching yourself causing destruction and harm isn't. I think the birds and pigs should negotiate with each other so the angry birds can get their eggs back. :D

I believe the game "Bad Piggies" did that already. They set out to find map pieces to steal important stuffs (read: eggs) from the Angry Birds by building ingenious contraptions.

The Birds got horked off because the piggies were not merely stealing the eggs - but stealing the eggs and COOKING them (instead of becoming baby birds, the pilfered eggs wound up in salads, sandwiches, or - MUCH worse - "scrambled" or "hard boiled" - this is right from the opening scenes of the original Angry Birds).
