cooler Gigabyte GTX 570 Cooler Problems

Here I am again , asking for your help dear Neowinians.

 

I own a Gigabyte 570 GTX factory  OC'ed card with stock cooling solution. I don't overclock but it seems that one or two of my fans began to rattle even when the card is on low temps. That rattle is loud and annoying , it happens often and on low rotation speeds.

        I was wondering if there is any solution to this , perhaps light oil ?

        Is it possible to change only the coolers on it ( I love the vapor chamber wich is quite active so changing all the cooling structure is out of question for now)  ?

 

Here is my old baby wich still kicks *** on whatever I throw at it. Yet I feel sorry I chose Gigabyte as GPU and mobo because I've had only problems with them (my onboard audio is fried) . And if I am still on the hardware topic , perhaps you folks can enlighten me with the case coolers problem. They spin very slow and changing speed settings in UEFI won't speed them up. They barely run , @ 600 s/m. I tried several software without success. Changed the supply cables and rooted them on the mobo still no effect.
