That's weird as the page doesn't need plugins or additional software to display it. :/

When I load that page, IE 10 says it blocked an ActiveX control from being installed. It doesn't say what it is, typical IE, but it does have an "Install" button.

I didn't see these warnings as I don't have Java installed and am using Firefox as my default browser.

Anyways, I booted a Windows 2000 VM so I could see what it looks like with Java enabled and just in case the hover effect contains malicious code:
