I admit, in 2010 I stood outside at 6AM approx to buy a PS3 at my local BJs wholesale.

I say no but my wife says yes, so I will probably end up in the craziness somewhere. I don't know why though, we buy almost all of our Christmas online.

I will be home warm and cozy, munching Thanksgiving leftovers and watching movies or sports!  My wife and her sisters I'm sure will be spending the day shopping till they drop.

I for some stupid reason thought it would be a good idea last year and showed up at walmart at 4:30 am and holey crap.  I should of left just seeing how i had to park almost a mile from the door but i proceeded inside and damn people were already lined up at all the crates and people are mean they dont take any chances you might be getting in front of them.  lol I had to get angry and literally pick some lady up and move her out of my way after she refused to take one step back so i could get by.  Then standing in front of the on sale tv crate 6am came finally and  as teh walmart worker was opening the crate 2 people literally dove into me and tried to knock me over to get to them (but im a very big hard to move guy) so i grabbed my box before the guy even opened it all the way and some woman actually tried to grab it from me but i grabbed her hand off and ran to teh front where even in my rush i was like  30 back in the shortest line open.... ANyways after that crap i decided this year im doing cyber monday and thats it.

Black Friday was a black fart in my country. All the major stores in the country raised their product's prices a few days earlier with 30 % for example and now they cut that down again , fooling people to strike "nice " offers with their wallets. TV - one week earlier = 500 $. , three days ago = 700$ , Black Friday= 499 $. Its just a weak , fake and disgusting marketing move wich plagues Romania since 2 years ago.

What about the rest of Europe or USA ? The same **** with different cover I wonder ?

I have no desire to wade into a stampede of rude, greedy and violent cattle. I do all my shopping online now and have for years.

 

Besides, all my shopping is done already. I'll be sitting comfortably at home on Black Friday enjoying the peace and quiet.

The whole ordeal would make me have to embrace concealed weapon carrying in public...

As a result, I'd rather just stay out of the whole mess. There will be everything from assaults to batteries to robberies and the occasional homicide. All for stuff that is probably not any cheaper than it is online normally anyway.
