"Xbox On" - Not working, but other commands do

Is hard reset different from a Factory reset? I've done 2 of those from within the settings.

I had to hold the power button down for several seconds, then the next time it turns on it takes longer, however you may get the same results unplugging the power cord for a few seconds.

So anyone else having trouble with "Xbox On" working? I have to say it like 5 times and loud to get it to turn the console on.

Yes, re calibrate. Sometimes things just go "weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" and there is no way to explain.
