gxsaurav
Dude you got so much time on hand to go through all this trouble to save some electricity. Do you use wifi connection to do the torrenting or use your phone connection. Honestly, NAS would have been much better option if electricity saving was the only issue you had. I was just trying to see what I can do with my Android device. I use WiFi. As I said before, NAS is a good option but then I will have to pay more money to buy a NAS. I want to use something which I already have, like my phone.
riahc3
Hello, I got the cable and tried it. Downloading with aTorrent Pro works just fine directly to pen drive but only FAT32 pen drives are detected. ExFat did not work. Going to try with a NTFS drive to see if that can work. I don't think NTFS will work either Android never ceases to surprise me: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paragon.mounter https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kwull.ntfsmounter Im sure there are others out there :)
gxsaurav
Wouldn't a Raspberry Pi a better choice for low power torrent downloads? Yes, it will be. I don't know how and where to buy and configure it.
The Evil Overlord
Yes, it will be. I don't know how and where to buy and configure it. Although I cannot help with the configuration, amazon and ebay would be a good place to start, a full rpi setup can cost from 2906 indian rupees
wrack
Yes, it will be. I don't know how and where to buy and configure it. https://www.google.com.au/search?q=raspberry+pi+torrentbox I am sure there are people who have put it to the "right" use.
