Lottery tracks down 50 million dollar Winner

A Canadian woman named Kathryn Jones is likely counting her lucky stars after lottery officials tracked her down and told

her she bought the winning $50M ticket that went unclaimed for a year. Jones didn?t even remember buying it, and according to CNN, she almost didn?t let the lottery officials into her home. Jones said she was grateful, especially because she says the officials had no other incentive.

The officials probably got a tiny bit of that years worth of interest as their reward/bonus for tracking down the winner, still.. nice that they try to find you and don't just absorb the money after a set time :)
