Nick H. Supervisor Posted December 10, 2013 Supervisor Share Posted December 10, 2013 I just read about the accident. How unfortunate! Regarding the issue with typing using only your thumbs, have you thought about a voice-to-text program? Anyway, welcome to Neowin. See you around the forum. xendrome
Might I suggest Dragon Software's - http://www.nuance.com/dragon/index.htm This might be a lot of help for you to just be able to speak instead of use your thumbs, as long as you don't have any vocal damage/disability as a result of your accident. 537 1 Share

I tried stuff like that before like on my iPhone, it does work, it's just never accurate. Many wrong words, mistakes, etc., even though I speak English quite fluently with a perfect American accent, but still. Perhaps typing is better, since it'll be some sort of practice for me. And a few with mental ones..........Just joking  :woot:  No worries, I myself am mental... Well, sometimes. I can see through the words you use and know they're genuine. riahc3
Hello, Welcome and my prayers are with you! Stay strong~!Im scared of typing something that might get me in trouble so Ill just quote this... Regarding the issue with typing using only your thumbs, have you thought about a voice-to-text program?Good suggestion. Another possibility is using a smartdevice (maybe a phone) where thumbtyping is very common, you can connect it to your PC using Bluetooth tech and have a better keyboard. Later cant the Leap be used as also a invisible keyboard? Good luck 537 1 Share
