In London yes, London has always attracted immigrants.

attachicon.gifCapture.JPG

With current trends of white British low fertility and net emigration combined with current levels of net immigration, and that immigrants tend to have higher TFR. The % of white British overall will go down very quickly over the coming years.

Another thing to also consider is that when people say immigration is a net benefit, is it a real benefit? if 100,000 people come to the uk and get a job, GDP will go up, WONDERFUL!!! . however if they all get a job like burger king or open a takeaway. Surely GDP per capita will decrees as they they are doing jobs which have a lesser benefit or wealth creation, then the average of the UK. So the UK has got poorer but we produce more. AKA we produce more crap goods :p

Population growth does not equal richer country. if the population goes down, GDP goes down, (recession and media scaremongering) , but GDP per capita will stay the same so nobody has got poorer.

If Sharia law is so great why did they leave their country which enforces it?

I think the only punishment this requires is ripping up their citizenship and deporting them to a country which follows the same mindset as them.

Why do you think that all Muslims left a country? I would imagine alot are born here too which makes this country theirs too.

I am the furthest thing from a racist, but enough is enough. The laws of the nation are already established, either learn to live within them or move to a nation more suited to the laws you prefer!

As a Sikh, raised with strict religeous beliefs, I managed, and am liked within my community.

As a human being you're free to live within the beliefs you choose, but you must live within the laws set by the nation. Regardless of who ones deity <spellcheck> is.

I don't think they were immigrants.... MacFarlane?? Only converts have names like that.

I also do not understand Arabs and Pakistani's, etc.... They moved to a western nation to escape the brutality and joblessness of their own. Now that they are here, they are trying to invoke laws and regulations that caused the problems that they originally fled from.

And I love the fact that people actually quote a murderous, corrupt scumbag like Putin on social values. (N)

Rich coming from the follower of a religion founded by a morally corrupt murdering scumbag.

All religious nuts need burning at the stake.

I had some at my door last week, i answered and the first thing the guy says is "what do you think happens when you die" .. who the hell knocks on peoples door to ask that? I abruptly told him to leave and he still managed to get a leaflet through my door.

Islamist extremists are a whole other ball game, they should not be allowed in our country under any circumstances, they are warped dangerous people who don't even like the british.. They should be arrested off the street and launched on a plane back to their own country, make an example.

Nothing wrong with legal muslim immigrants, just as long as they realise OUR laws are the ONLY laws.

unfortunately, even legal immigrants will want to impose their laws and beliefs on every one else.

Guys, take a look at the source. I really doubt they're immigrants.

article-2519519-18D332FE00000578-69_306x

"Jordan Horner"

It's got nothing to do with specific religions. There are Christian extremists, there are Muslim extremists, there are "right to bear arms" extremists, ... Every religion/belief/whatever has it's extremists. Extremism is bad, doesn't matter what it is exactly.

Through my mother (who worked with them for a while) I know a family of Pakistani immigrants (Muslims) and they're the nicest people you could meet. There are a hell of a lot more 'natives' I would want to give a nice big punch in the face.

Converts are the worst.

According to "Sharia", whatever place they go to is theirs. So, all the "respect are country lawz" means nothing to them as they got Allah himself by their side.

Thank you, it is more likely to be converted muslims as speaking from experience I can stand and say the uk muslims I've met as my depot is in Birmingham have condemned this sort of 'childish outbursts' by converts.

Now I can admit I know very little about the religeon, but speaking to muslims I learned that it is a peace loving faith, it's the extremists who have hijacked and warped the teachings that give the faith a bad rep.

The religion of peace at its best. It should be, religion of peace if you are a Muslim, and violence and killing is OK if you kill a non Muslim. Read the Koran, that's what it says. But first, destroy democracy and any notion or act of it, this is part one given the chance. Thank the gods they are still a minority.

The nearest sandpit that uses sharia law. They'd be dead in a week.

Religion ? Be a good man, respect others, don't kill and mind your ######ing business. That is the core and not the bows, yelling, raping, killing , burning etc...

Why do Muslims that haven't read the Quran think that Sharia law applies to non-Muslims.  They are so foolish!

if you know any muslim converts, i would recommend them this book:

http://lccn.loc.gov/2011415220 (ISBN: 9780982964309 0982964307)

The content in that book are fully backed with islamic sources themself.

Most who have read that book have reconsider their decision to remain a muslim.

Its quite cheap and you can get one from amazon.

That book however will infuriates a true muslims.

Horner, 19, Ricardo MacFarlane, 36, and a 23-year-old man who cannot be named for legal reasons were sentenced to 68 weeks, 12 months and 24 weeks in prison respectively.

I glance at the thread and didn't see an answer, but for what possible legal reason could they not mention the third man's name?

May have other investigations ongoing and would prejudice the case/jury in the future. .

Said it before and I'll say it again, more proof that religion is nothing but a sham and a crutch for weak-minded fools.
