Who, my Lumia 520 is checking for updates now. Probably some bugfixes, nothing to much, I guess.

It has found updates and is now downloading them. :)

The first one, .150, is the build that comes with the new Lumia 1520/1320.  The newest one is just bug fixes, nothing new added to it. In my opinion I think the next update we get is a beta of 8.1 in February or March with build now being in April.  Or build could be when we get a beta/preview for 8.1 and we see a small update again to get ready for it.

This all depends on how update 3 goes out officially through the carriers first and if they want to wait for update 3 to finish going out before they seed a new preview build.

I noticed nothing but a snappier interface.

No improved performance in anything else, just the interface animations were snappier.

Liking getting regular/rapid updates. About time >.<

say that but it will never take 10 minutes to install it. It took me 70 minutes to install it up Marge all programs together

Hello,

I installed the two updates on my AT&T Nokia Lumia 920 and it bricked them. My phone was about three weeks out of its one year warranty.

It cost me $137 to replace with another 920 from AT&T.

Not a happy camper about this.

it was spot on for me, it took ~ 10 minutes. And that's with an 80% full drive.
