Create subfolder/subfolder into the Right-Click 'Send To' context menu in Win 8.1

I have added a subfolder-1 location to the 'Send To' menu, and I'm able to move files to that location. However, I need to add multiple subfolders inside subfolder-1, and move files into them.

 

I'm unable to find a solution to do this in native Windows, or any 3rd party tools. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?
