thechronic Posted December 18, 2013 Share Posted December 18, 2013 I gave a relative an Asus R1F Laptop (http://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/R1F/)It's not new by any means but it's not a bad laptop considering it replaced an ailing HP that i threw together. Issue is, it features a bay that you can insert either a Battery, Hard Drive or DVD Writer into and this one (and many others like it) came with a Battery and i'm having no luck locating the correct model DVD Writer and i can't swap the fascia for another as i don't have the original either!
