You never know that he may be strong inside.. He could knock you down. No matter how old or look he is. Unless he is over 80 or so depends on his health that he may retires from acting.. He usually work out at gym or his home.

I'm not saying he's weak... Maybe you just think I'm saying that because he looks so weak :)

He's just in really poor shape, especially for an athlete and someone who is supposed to be so into fitness...

 

I'm only making this point because the reality of Chuck Norris is pretty much the opposite of the myth of Norris.

Chuck Norris is 73, and the photo is from earlier this year. Here's a couple examples of athletes that stayed physically fit well into their 70s, just to clarify my point.
