I don't see any problems with the desktop version of Neowin. Maybe the problem is with your browser. Are you running IE?

Same here but it comes and goes.

Must be some strange CSS bug that doesn't load CSS sometimes.

Not doing it for me now.  But did it most of last night, and all of this morning.

Running Chrome.  Whatever the most up to date version is.

It was doing that to me last night, but after a refresh it was back to normal.

 

Also no problems again today. It just happened again! lol

Santa dropped the new CSS file on his way to the datacenter and some of the code jumped out of place. That's all it is.
