bucko
I use https://www.code42.com/store/ crashplan Individual backup monthly plan. It is really cheap imho and it is unlimited. I currently have 31.7GB of documents, pictures etc backed up in the cloud and encrypted (they offer encryption) and it is really nice to know I can restore it on a new HDD at the touch of a button. I plan to buy another HDD soon to streamline all my data, I don't have everything backup yet but I prefer it being in the cloud than a hard drive stop working. You can put it to sleep for x amount of hours or up to 4 days at a time. And also configure specific times the backup will run in the application. +BudMan MVC Posted January 2, 2014 MVC Share Posted January 2, 2014 If you really have 500GB of data that requires DR, then crashplan does have a seeding option if you upload speed would take too long for you. http://support.code42.com/CrashPlan/Latest/Backup/Seeded_Backup
