The lady friend pressed the power button and then pushed it again pretty much straight afterwards. She said it didn't turn on. Then when I turned it on, it came up with Bitlocker. I had to sign in on my phone and type in an unlock code. Can anyone tell me in layman terms what this is all about, if I should be worried and what may have caused it? drlacus Posted December 27, 2013 Share Posted December 27, 2013 Paul and Mary Jo talked about this issue on the last Windows Weekly. Microsoft is aware of the problem and it is being fixed.
