I've been spending four days playing email tag with these fools and it takes them 24 hours to respond. And when they do respond, it has nothing to do with my problem. I log in on a new PC, go to my ISP webmail (to avoid spam/junk mail filtering) and 99% of the time I never get the PIN code. The two times I did, the email took 30 minutes to show up and was already too old to use. I've verified my email account and their servers by saying I forgot my password. The email to reset my password came instantly. Get to the point where I should get the PIN, and sure enough...it never comes. Four days of messing with this and their solution so far was to erase my password - to which they said they mailed me a temp one to use....of course, that email never came either.
