[JAVA] WSP_1014_POLICY_REFERENCE_DOES_NOT_EXIST

 am trying to invoke the Reuters API from Jdeveloper from an application that is deployed on the integrated weblogic server of jdev 11.1.1.5.0

This part of the code is throughing an Exception (note that i works fine, if the same code is being called from the standard java mode in JDEVELOPER)

Any hint on this?

Is there an API key that you need? Many major news sites require you register for a key before you can use their API.
