Would you say the Moto G is the best phone for up to

Recommended Posts

I'll vote yes, I now have 2 of them, though I do wish they came with 16GB minimum for that price, my wife got one on contract and a payg for my son who's 15

They have the odd drawback here or there, but all in all, they're not bad devices at all Battery life is pretty amazing too.

(lets face it, 16gb, expandable memory and an 8mp camera would have killed the sgs3, at that price)

Yes, definitely.

I bought one as Christmas present for a relative. It's an impressive device running a clean, unbloated version of Android which can easily compete with many more expensive phones.

Some friends have told me that the MotoG has some freakishly good battery life.  We play a game called ingress which uses alot of battery,  Galaxy/Nexus phones will die in 3 hours on that game.  The motoG went 6.  A friend who doesnt game goes 6 days without a recharge on his to.

Like everyone else said,  yes.  Motorola and Google have proven you don't need a power house of a phone to run a smooth OS.  Of course, that is after the OS was revamped and that KK runs better on lower end hardware.
