I've searched online and the consensus that I have seen is that the answer varies. Is there a definitive list of what game saves from disc based games will work on the digital version?

From what I have read it is a case by case basis on whether the saved games will work. Thanks!

Hmm, that's a good question, I haven't seen a list either.  You would think it would be universal, but I guess disc based games may have to create save files different than digital versions.

Hopefully someone has seen a useful list.

There is no definitive list, it is case by case. Sometimes the saves don't even transfer between 2 versions of the same game (I think RDR and RDR GOTY edition saves don't work together).

I think that for the most part the saves aren't an issue when dealing newer games. Any time that I've run into issues it tends to be with the older PS3 titles, but even then it's still a case by case problem.  Makes no sense that they modify the way the save files work but what can you do...
