pc start automatically when power is on or back.

if there's a power outage, then after 1 a minute an hour, the pc starts.

 

 

 

any bios settings i need to check, or is this a hardware issue?


before i open the case, and disassemble,  i hope u can save me the trouble.

Probably varies from PC to PC, but a few of mine have something labeled along the lines of "Restore on AC/Power Loss", under the ACPI settings if I recall, depending on how it's set it may go to its previous power state when power is restored. On these, I would set it to "Power off" to keep the unit off in such an event.

Check your bios for power management options to switch -- some do have options for that. We aren't going know whether your bios has an option without a model number.
