game_over Posted January 21, 2014 Share Posted January 21, 2014 I'm looking for a DS Pokemon game that has the original 151 Pokemon (generation 1) starting with Bulbasaur and finishing with Mew... there are lots of games but not sure which one has those in? does anyone know? Veiva Posted January 21, 2014 Share Posted January 21, 2014 All the DS Pokemon games feature the past Pokemon, but HeartGold/SoulSilver include the original region (Kanto) which would make it much easier to obtain the original 150. Mew is event exclusive, though. You can get Mew from My Pokemon Ranch, if you're so inclined, but that requires Diamond/Pearl/Platinum and a bunch of time (you'll have to store something like 1000 Pokemon if I recall correctly). kurono Posted January 21, 2014 Share Posted January 21, 2014 To add on to what Veiva said, you could get any of the missing ones from the Trade Centre, but the only problem with that is there are a lot of hacked Pokemon out there. If I recall correctly, I think they did add Mewtwo into Heart Gold/Soul Silver and you can get one of the original three starters after getting all the badges from both regions.
