Do modular PSUs come with all the cabling a normal PSU does?

Buying a XFX 850W modular PSU.

Do modular PSUs come with all the same cables that a normal PSU has, or does it have fewer cables and you have to buy specifically what cables you need on top?

According to Newegg:

Fixed:
1 x 20+4pin Main Connector
2 x 6+2pin PCI-E
1 x 4+4pin ATX12V / EPS12V

Modular:
2 x 6+2pin PCI-E
1 x 8pin EPS 12V
1 x FDD
Up to 5 x Peripheral
Up to 10 x SATA

That looks like an awesome model for people who might need a secondary PSU to power additional drives, possibly in an external SAS/RAID setup. Most modular PSUs I have used still have the motherboard and CPU power cables hard wired to them.

All half-modular and fully modular units I've seen have always come with exactly as much cables as there are connectors on the modular board. It'be a shameless rip-off if they didn't, and I would prompty remove it from our listings, too.
