3,000 Like Video : Time to find out what was in the box!

My 3,000 like video.

You guys can now finally find out

What was in the box!

https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1196951-lets-play-guess-whats-in-the-box/

On a side note, in the video I keep calling it my "3,000 post video" well I obviously meant "3,000 like video". When I also said "User Console" I meant "User Station" I just didn't care enough to re-record the video

When I said "Hook them up to the network" I meant to the KVM only. The computers on my repair table have zero access to each other or to the lan my main machines are on.

I suppose if you need the ability to connect to a downed machine, this is helpful, but for simply accessing machines that are up to check scans, it seems a bit overboard. =P

Nonetheless, what was in the box is still pretty spectacular.

Reason being, if a scan is done and just sitting there it's wasted time.I hate it when computers that need fixing aren't actually doing something. Plus I also do a lot of spinrite scans and check on this as well. For that I need bios level access which this thing provides.

Makes sense now.  Looks like a pretty intense setup.

Oh! That explains a lot. I have a huge box of those white Raritan doo-dad things you showed in the video... Raritan UKVMP. I should have about 20 or so.

$7? Not going to get me much on eBay after shipping :/

I spent 2 1/2 hours today drilling holes, running Ethernet Cable and installing my new (used) 42 Port IP KVM switch! I'm so excited! Had to run 4 Ethernet Cables to the ip- KVM.
