Dos Style Webpage - Help

I'm trying to create a DOS Style page for my website in the style of http://stopwilson.com/#

his information says that his is a modified version of a Code from http://www.gazumbo.com/cmd.html posted by XgD, when I tried to check it out I find that the site seems to be gone.

 

Can anyone point me in the direction of the code, or a similar solution to my needs?
