Website Restore via Cpanel

HI 

 

I have full backup generated from cpanel.. 

 

I have changed hosting and only have access of Cpanel .. I want to know procedure to restore it from cpanel. My hosting provider is not here nor i have access of whm.. 

 

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
