I'm trying to find out how to boost my cell in an office building that I get no bars. Is there a device that I can put on the window in the office that I can get a signal? Thats the only way I can get any bars in the building. Thank!

Ask your building manager to install cell boosters. My workplace recently did this.

You can ask for cell network extenders from your wireless company.  this will plug into your lan and use your internet connection.

For a more enterprise solution, you will need to have your building owner/management contact a cell provider to put a tower in your office.  This may be very costly.
