Running an i7-2600K on air cool.

Basically to OC my CPU in the bios, to say 4.0GHZ (don't really see me needing anything more at the moment), Do I really just need to set all Turbo Multipliers to 40x, and change LLC to High or Turbor?

Also, for my Ram (G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9Q-16GBZL),  Enable XMP Profile in the bios, and manually add the timings and I should be good to go?

Here is a terrific guide to overclocking the i7-2600K. Everything you need to know is there. Regarding the XMP profiles. You do not need to manually set/add the timings. It's already in there in the "profiles", you simply need enable it.

XMP is a non-JEDEC approved SPD table for your RAM that is programmed into the sticks. So by by enabling XMP you can run the memory sticks at their best/rated speed and timings.
