max22
What is the best video streamer for android ? So I can stream video files from my pc to my phone over WiFi or 4G. I don't care if it cost. Wish AirVideo was made for Android. +E.Worm Jimmy 1 Share

You have to use Libraries and add your video folders to the video libraries..

xendrome
I am. And Skifta can't see your Windows 7 system as a source? Try turning the Firewall off, make sure you don't have your network set as Public... See this also - http://goo.gl/HtPYd

max22
I found the perfect one called air vid! Works with iOS version of the windows Air Video software! The only disadvantage is there is no support for Air Video HD.
+InsaneNutter MVC Posted February 11, 2014 MVC Share Posted February 11, 2014 Has to be Plex i personally think, installing the Plex Media Server application on your computer will allow you to Steam to many different devices, including your Android Phone, Tablet or Set-top Box. The media server will keep track of what you have watched / not watched and this will sync between devices, and also show you the latest media added to your library. The Plex Android Client: You can also set the streaming quality, i have 720p 3mpbs for use on mobile data and the maximum quality for Wi-fi connections (will happily stream 1080p if your device supports it). You can download the Plex Media Server for free from here: https://plex.tv/downloads, along with various clients. Some are free, some are paid for. The Android client is free if you have a Plex Pass (allows for multiple users with individual libraries and a few other extra features), or around ?3 on the Play Store.
