Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media Icon

One thing that has really irritated me about Windows 8 is the 'Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media' icon. It's ugly, blurred, doesn't fit with the theme of the other system tray icons and is persistent even if you have no removable devices connected. A simple white square or circle with a check mark or similar would have sufficed. Hell, I'd have settled for a check mark.
