#Michael
Comcast and Time Warner Cable on Thursday confirmed the rumors, announcing a $45.2 billion all-stock merger plan, though the deal is yet to be approved by the shareholders of the two companies, and also by regulators including the FCC and the Justice Department. ?This transaction will create a leading technology and innovation company, differentiated by its ability to deliver ground-breaking products on a superior network while leveraging a national platform to create operating efficiencies and economies of scale,? Comcast said in a press release. Full article: http://bgr.com/2014/02/13/comcast-time-warner-merger/ And I thought the buyout of NBU by comcast was a bad move. This is going to suck. Astra.Xtreme
That sucks. I was hoping Charter would be able to seal the deal since they're actually a good company.

PGHammer
That sucks. I was hoping Charter would be able to seal the deal since they're actually a good company. TWC's board doubts Charter could swing the deal financially - they do NOT want to take less than their company is thought to be worth; do you blame them? Would you rather Cablevision acquired TWC?
