That isn't correct. I read online (Before I posted a topic here) people having issues with other things and the manual is wrong. 

 

Like that also shows the HDDs are laying flat when really they are downward in angle.  The metal cage they are in uses some sort of bolt/screw that I don't have a correct screw driver attachment for so it's pretty much bolted to the case.  I thought it came out as well but I really don't think it does.
