Dane
When downloading the service pack and go to install it, it says "no products effected by this package" and exits out. What's wrong?
0 Top Qat
What version of Office 2013 do you have installed? OEM, Student, Business, Pro?
0 LittleNeutrino Veteran Posted February 26, 2014 Veteran Share Posted February 26, 2014 When downloading the service pack and go to install it, it says "no products effected by this package" and exits out. What's wrong? Verify which version you have (x86 or x64) An easy way to tell this is to see if it is installed in Program files or Program Files x86 if its in the x86 folder then that is the version, Program files and its x64 Right click on the icon for any of the office applications and go to properties and in the General Tab it should show where it is pointing to. 0 Harrison H.
Also was this an Office 365 install, or a standalone install? If this is an Office 365 install, you can't download the SP1 like that. It will automatically get updated.

0 vedie
Is that Windows 7 of your OS? I am using Office 2013 X86 on Windows 7 X64 and My laptop can't receive the Office 2013 SP1 via windows update. Maybe Office 2013 SP1 aims to Windows 8 or 8.1, I guess.
