monitor What is the best 23 inch Samsung monitor out of these models?

I have selected these two models from the local computer shop... Please tell me what is the best model. I need a decent priced monitor but Im a designer so need good colors. Here are the two monitors :

The second monitor have a TV built in. I have a LED TV at home and when I plug the PC into it the quality is horrible. Will this one be like that?

I have 2x S23B550 monitors. I never had problems with them.

As a designer you should be looking for an LED-IPS monitor, IMHO. Does your local store have any of those even if they are different brands?

OP has posted 2 el-cheapo pieces of junk then says "Im a designer" as if to say "I need quality" -- well you're not gonna get it without spending more.

Stop looking @ crap monitors.

Here's a cheap 23" Acer IPS LCD. It's what I use right now and believe me when I say it's superior to regular LCDs that use a TN panel. The colour reproduction is phenomenal and the viewing angles are great.

Dell makes pretty awesome IPS screens. I use two of these, but in 22" version. Great design also.

interesting, i didn't know they have IPS on their P line now as well. Although the one you linked is more expensive than the UltraSharp proper I linked above, so I'd go with the U.
