VBA: Creating multiple docs with bookmarks

ok guys

 

what i want to do is

 

I have a Word Template that we use to send work requests through

 

The template opens and we insert the users name and staff number

 

i am trying to automate it so that it does mutiple at a time

 

so i have a VBA form that opens which has a text box for name and a text box for staff number

 

i put on

 

Joe Bloggs 123456

John Doe 987654

 

 

it runs and added the first name to the document at a predfined bookmark

 

and saves the file

 

 

now what i want it to then do is delete the bookmark so that the bookmark sign doe snot show on the saved doc

 

i then want it to save

 

then readd the bookmark and do the same for the next user lol

 

 

I have the code working for adding the name and deleting the bookmark and then saving the file but i can get it to readd the bookmark
