Probably, just like how they always position bottles, etc so that the logo is turned away from the camera unless its a case of blatant paid product placement.

It's too bad none of these operating systems will ever come to be. They don't have a start menu, so they're all broken. ;)

They are actually.  There is an episode of firefly where you can see the windows desktop for a moment before the screen pans to a different person.  When the screen pans back to the computer screen it is the firefly interface.  It looked like it was windows 95/2000.
