[IE11] Notifications no longer working

Hi guys. I've noticed my notifications are no longer working properly on both version of IE11 for Windows 8 on the homepage and the boards. New ones no longer populate, and old ones no longer clear.

I suggest you to use Chrome or Firefox to test the notifications.
