Xbox Live marketplace update question

Every Tuesday the marketplace is updated with content etc (correct?), or at least most new content arrives on Tuesdays. What time does Microsoft push out new content? I am specifically asking if/when EA releases Battlefield 4: Naval Strike. Midnight EST? Midnight Pacific? A different time? Thanks in advance guys and gals.

Should be pacific time, as both MS and EA are headquartered in the same timezone. But there's no set rule for this, they can decide otherwise.

According to this reddit post, was linked to twitter, for Xbox consoles, between 5am - 9am EST.

Well there you go, looks like the east coast is the default zone yet again!
