I just hope it will make it so that when the screen times out while downloading a game it does not pause the game. I have been having to setup a photo slideshow in order to keep the screen active to download games since the last update. and when a game is several GB in size and for some reason the Sony download services take eons to download something. its rather horrible.

After 4 months, I expected something more than a stupid calendar app that's only integrated with Google and can't be removed....

Take a look at Microsoft Sony! Look, their interface are so uniform! Try that too! I hate the PSVita's interface...

In all honesty i'm waving goodbye to PSN for awhile, i'd rather have all my emulators on the VITA.. :shiftyninja:

Hope they add more spaces in folders now they've upped the app limit.

The content manager is nice, brings it in line with PS4 UI. Vita needs more of that.

What do you want it to do?

I actually hate the PSVita interface too and couldn't care less about the calendar but I don't really spend much time in the stupid UI anyway.  Though ugly it serves it's purpose to launch my games and then I don't care about it anymore.  Do people actually use their Vita to surf facebook, check their mail, etc?  I have no desire at all to do that stuff on my Vita, it's a game machine, that's it.  Everything else I do on my Smart Phone.

Head's up: 3.12's out now. It's a minor update, so probably not worth starting another thread; just stability fixes, but it is a mandatory update.

This firmware (v3.15) seems to have broken the "Import Saved Data" feature... Could anyone else with Uncharted FFF confirm this? Thanks!

Will update OP when Sony post the patch notes on their site.

I know most people mocked them for adding it, but "Users can now add Friends and other players to events created in [Calendar]." is pretty cool.

Even better if they add support for the PS smartphone app to give you a notification ahead of playing.

Sorry to be dense, but where do we go to download themes? I want to check out the official ones.

Do a search on SEN's website for "theme" and choose PS Vita on the left.

It may not be pretty, but it's very smooth / fluid, easy to navigate, and use.

Even though it's different, I apply the same description to Modern UI.

If anything Windows Phone is getting more complicated, moving away from the above description.

Accessibility options were added to the Vita as well. You can customize the buttons on it :)
