[jQuery] Highlighting cells inbetween cells on hover.

Hi all,

 

I'm sure you'll see what I'm trying to do here:

I'm trying to make the cells inbetween the first selected and final hovered cell highlight everything inbetween but it's acting strangely. I works forwards but not backwards.  I'm sure you will see what I mean when you look at the code.

EDIT: IGNORE - BRAINSTORM CAME TO ME AFTER I POSTED.

 

I changed < to <=

It seems to work fine in both directions for me. (Chrome) Though there is flickering as you move the mouse in and out of the td's. But that is probably due to the cell spacing and borders.

 

What exactly isn't working the way you expect?
