TruckWEB
Nice, just got home with my new Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, set things up and... Well, I discover that the multitasking, home and back key are not working! They don't do anything at all, they just light up when the tablet is turn on, and then nothing after that. So, I guess I'm going back to the store... Nice first experience, for the price...

That might be a defective... you can get replacement if you are under the return policy window ... such as 14 or 30 days since the purchase. I bought EVO 3D and later, it got hot for no reason... I took it back for a replacement EVO 3D phone and no problems since.

Maybe someone could have pointed out something in the configuration that could turn off those keys...

And why would something so inherently necessary be disabled by default?
TruckWEB
The replacement worked fine out of the box. Hope nothing else happens.

Order_66
Don't backpeddle to attempt to justify. You have already labelled it as a defect. And why would something so inherently necessary be disabled by default? I remember getting a nexus 4 that seemed to have a touch sensitivity issue, it appeared to be a defect to me but I solved it when I found out something was set wrong within the accessibility settings causing the screen to randomly magnify. So I carefully "backpeddled" in an attempt to prevent anyone looking for a reason to become a douche because they had nothing better to do with their time.
