Rule 2 has got to be a joke right?

Bully : "Your fat ugly and smelly"

Bully : "Oh I'm just trying to help you to not be such a loser"

Victim : "Thanks man, I appreciate the help"

........

Rule 2: WTF? How can a child think a bully is trying to help him?

Rule 6: Just turn the other cheek? WTF?

Rule 7: Not telling. Really? How can a child that gets bullied get help without talking to teachers or parents?

Rules 8 is a good one and 9 seems reasonable but how can a child think of sarcastic answers to insults like an adult?

They are trying to aid on this matter but their approach/message is waaay wrong....

I am sure it was an Australian high up in the education system that a few years ago quoted, ''bullying builds character''.

It doesn't it caused people to take their own lives.

All I know is, anyone tries and bullies me they get a smack in the face and a boot in the groin.

A bully in my school (when I attended 1974-1985) at my secondary tried it on me, because I was tall and a challenge, he ended up on the floor.

Funny he stopped being a bully after that.

Only way to deal with a bully is giving them a smack!

Seems like a rehashing of what i was told in school, the bullying I received It only stopped when I made a stand.

It seems schools have no real interest in dealing with bullies. Not only do bullies ignore staff, bullies usually have parents who are bullies and abuse the staff when they are called in to discuss their child's behaviour.
