Dudlington Posted January 25, 2002 Share Posted January 25, 2002 I just set up a second account for my GF to use, but when I use fast user switching to switch between the two accounts, the monitor does that screen pop/click thing it does when it changes resolution and goes black for a second. Both desktops are at 1600x1200@75Hz, so I don't see why it would be doing this. There are different themes tho... Is there any way around this? Dudlington Posted January 27, 2002 Author Share Posted January 27, 2002 ahhh, but it does. :) Anyway, I found out about that WinKey + Q shortcut which makes it faster, but if the screen didn't have to resynch everytime it would be pretty much instantaneous. I just don't get why the screen does it, I mean theres no mode change or anything, so why is it doing it? no one knows or no one cares. oh well.
