So our company is converting over to Office 365 and we are using Outlook 2013 as our mail client. We can access email by either using the Outlook 2013 application on the PC or by going to a website and using the Outlook Web app.
I use a reading pane on the right hand side of the screen. When I go to the web app, I can see a threaded view of the conversations, just like with Gmail, or other mail applications.
With the desktop version though, the only threaded view (conversation view) I see is for the actual email column. NOT for the reading/preview pane.
Does anyone know how I can get this feature in the office 2013 desktop client?
