em_te
Ask Siri, "what is a poem?" Be surprised that it's not as easy as it looks.

Hurmoth
It can't understand me at all and yet Google Now got it on the first try. Stupid Siri keeps thinking I'm asking "What is the Pauline?" or "What is the point?" I absolutely HATE HATE HATE, MEGA LOATHE Siri. It is the most useless piece of CRAP Apple has ever created, even more so than Maps and that was absolute rubbish. I have used Google Now quite a bit and it works almost every single time whereas Siri works maybe 10% of the time for me. The demos of Cortana I've seen are even better than this crap from Apple. And I'm an Apple fan and can't even stand it. Apple should just give up and license Cortana. And I'm only half joking about that.

Hardcore Til I Die
Okay... Same here. First time I asked in completely normal speech and it thought I said "What's the poem?" Close enough I thought. So tried again twice and it got it right both times. Not sure what this thread is getting at.

em_te
Yes, the catch is, Siri will not understand "What is a poem?" no matter how I say it. I get: "what is upon" "what is a polan" "what is a pole him" "what is a polling" "what is a pome" "what is palm"
HawkMan
Uh huh... And... Why didn't you just write that, instead of this guessing game.
Mr.XXIV
Uh huh... And... Why didn't you just write that, instead of this guessing game. Not everyone knows they can actually type to Siri.
