CORCORAN, CA, May 1 (UPI) -- A California inmate filed a lawsuit on April 21 against Beyonce, Jay Z, Kanye West, Rihanna and Chris Brown seeking $2.4 billion because of allegedly stolen song lyrics.

According to Richard Dupree, the pop stars conspired with agencies like the CIA, FBI and Homeland Security to steal lyrics he wrote while he was behind bars.

Re-Tox reported that Dupree claims the stars and government agencies stole 3,000 songs from him.

In the suit, Dupree alleges that the defendants ?robbed [him] for hundreds of millions, even billions, in the satellite organization.?

It appears that Dupree may have submitted his original paperwork incorrectly based on an order that Judge Carolyn Delaney issued on April 30.

?Plaintiff shall submit, within thirty days from the date of this order, a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis,? according to a court memo. ?Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed without prejudice.?
