Hello gang,

I have been spending the last hour trying to find an answer, and I am not finding the right area to search.   I need to be able to allow a user to enter a url into a TextArea and then have the YouTube clip, image, etc displayed within a DIV...  I don't need a specific answer, just what the term is called... but feel free to give me more info.

Example: When you paste a YouTube url in Facebook the video and info appear.

Peace,

James

You might be thinking about iframes.

You can go to YouTube, click Share and select Embed for an example of how they do it.

Embed only shows you the code to embed, not how I can add this sort of functionality.  I will look into iframes, thanks

EDIT: yes, it is iframe, Thank you thank you thank you.

have a great evening
