Fact the cabin light was on while driving proves it was staged. Plus the guy could have injured the one who grabbed him.

They weren't speaking English and may not have been in the united states; also the location itself could have been in a place where road/traffic safety isn't monitored as closely. As they drove with the cabin light on you can see they are driving past lights so not sure you've proved anything imo.
